• Go to Teach in Alabama and complete an online application. Please be sure to attach a current resume, copy of diploma or transcript, Work Keys, Servsafe Certification and any other documents pertinent to your employment history.

      • Once your online application is completed, including attachments, you may apply for any job opening by selecting “Jobs” from Teach in Alabama and selecting the Anniston City Schools position(s) for which you are going to apply.

      • Selected applicants will be contacted by the Principal/Administrator to schedule an interview

      • If selected for employment, you will receive a letter notifying you your approved employment and instructions on setting an appointment to complete employment paperwork. Please return the Anniston City Schools website to “New Employee Forms”. Please complete all required forms and bring them to the Board of Education on this date.


      • All employees of Alabama State Department of Education are required to complete a fingerprint and background clearance. Anniston City Schools has the right to refuse employment based on the findings of the background review.
