To request your Anniston experience be sent to new employers:

1. Complete the PERSONAL DATA section on page one of the Supplement EXP form. (The additional pages will be printed and completed by ACS Human Resources.)
2. Email the form to: hunters@anniston.k12.al.us
3. Be sure to include the district, contact name, address, email, etc so we know where to return the form. (If this information is not provided, the experience will not be sent.)
4. You can expect a 1-2 week turnaround time.

We are not accepting new substitute applications at this time.
